Did you pick the wrong fragrance? No problem – you have the option to return within 30 days – To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and it must include all the elements that came with it. If a product you’ve received is defective, damaged or if the incorrect product was sent to you, please contact us using the contact form. If our experts confirm that your item is defective or not the right product you have the right to a refund without paying for the returning shipping costs. Please, act fast to request a return for faulty or incorrect goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email notifying you that we have correctly received your returned item. We will send you a reimbursement via the same method of payment that you used for the purchase. Delivery expenses are unfortunately non-refundable.
