What are the delivery times?

The delivery times are based on the availability of the item and are shown on the product page. Some perfumes are available from our own warehouses and some are ordered from the manufacturer warehouses. Please refer to the product page of each item for specific information, and refer to the T&C’s for general product delivery times.

Do you offer fast delivery?

As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped out with the shipping service selected during checkout. Depending on your location, faster delivery options may be available. When you shop with us, shipping is free!

Are your perfumes authentic?

We guarantee that all the perfumes we offer are authentic, as we solely source them from their authorized manufacturers, if you have problems with your order, we can either provide proof of authenticity via a manufacturers invoice for your product or you can go through the return process.

Do you have accessories with the perfuems?

Yes, we offer to ship with accessories that may be helpful with your order.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we allow for returns, please refer to the returns page to access more information.

Will I be refunded the full amount?

Yes, you will be refunded the full amount should you meet the requirements explained in the returns page.

What are the available payment methods?

You are able to pay using debit/credit or with PayPal, ensuring your safety at checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

When you have purchased your perfume, you will receive an email confirming your order automatically. If you can’t see your email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us using the contact page.

How do I track my order?

A link to track your order will be found in the order confirmation email. If you can’t find this link or have deleted the email, please contact us and we will provide you the tracking number.

What if I made a mistake with my order? 

If you have made a mistake with your order – address, quantity etc – please contact us using the contact page and we will resolve the situation for you.

What type of perfumes do you offer?

We offer a range of name brand perfumes, such as Tom Ford, Dior, Gucci, Chanel & more. We are actively working to increase our product/brand range – if you have any suggestions please let us know using the contact page.

Can I order in high quantities?

Yes, we do allow large quantity purchases – whilst allowing the shipping cost to stay free for you. 

Do you offer wholesale purchases?

No, currently we do not allow for wholesale orders – however it is subject to potentially change in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally and are happy to fulfil your order wherever you are in the world.

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, our packaging is discreet, allowing for an added element of security as well as being useful in the case that it is ordered as a gift/present.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us using the contact page and we will resolve the situation for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes – however as it is a relatively rare request we do not offer it at checkout. Please email us your order number with your desire to have gift wrapping instead. 

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service team is active and working between 12pm-5pm. Monday – Friday.
